Welcome to Arlington's first official Yoga Ball Soccer group!  What is Yoga Ball Soccer you ask?  Good question!  The game is pretty simple; it is played like a traditional game of soccer, but using a giant yoga exercise ball in place of a soccer ball.  Unlike soccer, Yoga Ball Soccer (YBS) allows you to use any part of your body including your hands to get the ball down the field and into the goal. This is a group for people with a wide variety of interests. Anything from happy hours, hiking, biking, tennis, going to see live bands, wine tastings, theatre, dinners…anything we can do as a group to expand our social circles, find people with common interests and hopefully make some friends along the way. This group is for music lovers! We will let you know about upcoming shows and concerts in the Baltimore city area. These bands will be well-known or local to Baltimore/D.C. I live downtown Baltimore and there is always great music playing in the area.
